Accessing the customer area

When you opened an account with eurotoll, you received your password allowing you to access your customer area (by letter if you subscribed with one of our sales representatives, or by e-mail if you subscribed via the Internet).

Your user name is the e-mail address that you entered when you filled in your customer record. Your user name and password allow you to access your customer area via the Internet from the www.eurotoll.fr page.

You have forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgotten your password?" link and enter your user name. You will receive your password by e-mail.

Enter your user name carefully; if you enter it wrongly, you cannot receive your password (See Help on "Entering your user name and password").

Entering your user name and password

Enter your user name and password carefully; these are case-sensitive.

The "Your user name or password is invalid" message may be displayed because you entered your user name or password wrongly or you entered the wrong combination of UPPER-CASE and lower-case letters.

Your account is locked

For security reasons, your eurotoll account is locked because three invalid passwords have been entered (See Help on "Entering your user name and password").

Because your account is locked, an e-mail allowing you to unlock your account has been sent automatically to the e-mail address that you use as your user name.

You cannot connect

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgotten your password?" link and enter your user name. You will receive your password by e-mail. Enter your user name carefully; if you enter it wrongly, you cannot receive your password (See Help on "Entering your user name and password").

Check that you entered your password correctly (See Help on "Entering your user name and password").
